Site visits, inspections and quotations are free. There is nothing to refund because nothing is charged.
Cancelling a booked job
A confirmed pickup or dismantling job can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with reasonable notice before our team is mobilised. Where equipment or manpower has already been deployed, actual mobilisation costs may be retained.
Advance payments
Where an advance has been paid against a dismantling contract and the work does not proceed, the unused balance is refunded to the original payment method after deducting work already performed.
Scrap purchase settlements
Scrap purchases are settled on the spot against transparent weighment. If you believe a settlement is incorrect, raise it with us within 7 days along with the weighment slip and we will review and correct it.
