Frequently asked questions
Everything customers ask us about dismantling projects, scrap rates, pickup and recycling compliance in Hyderabad.
Dismantling & demolition
What types of structures do you dismantle?
We dismantle factory sheds, industrial plants, warehouses, boilers, tanks, pipelines, steel structures, commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals and office interiors across Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
How long does a dismantling project take?
A small office or shed clearance usually takes 2–5 days. A mid-size factory takes 2–4 weeks, and a full industrial plant is planned in phases after the site survey. You get a written schedule with your quotation.
Do you handle the safety permissions?
We work to standard industrial safety protocols, provide trained supervisors and PPE for our crew, and support you with the documentation needed for owner, society or authority approvals. Statutory permission for the structure itself remains with the owner.
Do you clear the debris after dismantling?
Yes. The site is handed back cleared. Recoverable metal is weighed and settled against your account, and non-recoverable debris is removed to authorised disposal points.
Can you work without stopping our production?
Yes. For running plants we plan night shifts, weekend windows and phase-wise isolation so the rest of your operation keeps running.
Scrap buying & rates
Which scrap materials do you buy?
Iron, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminium, cables, transformers, generators, machinery, electrical and electronic scrap, batteries, construction scrap and e-waste.
How do you decide the rate?
Rates are linked to prevailing market and LME-referenced metal prices, then adjusted for grade, condition, quantity and the effort needed to remove and load the material. You get the rate in writing before we start.
Is the weighing transparent?
Yes. Material is weighed in front of your representative on calibrated weighbridges or platform scales, and you receive a signed weighment slip for every load.
Is there a minimum quantity?
For pickup within Hyderabad we generally collect from around 100 kg upwards. Smaller lots can be dropped at our Secunderabad location — call us first.
When do I get paid?
Scrap purchases are settled on the spot once weighing is complete, by cash, UPI or bank transfer, whichever you prefer.
Pickup, scheduling & coverage
How quickly can you visit my site?
We aim to inspect within one working day of your enquiry. Same-day visits are usually possible for sites inside Hyderabad and Secunderabad when you call before noon.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Hyderabad and Secunderabad including Jeedimetla, Balanagar, Patancheru, Uppal, Kukatpally, Gachibowli, Madhapur, LB Nagar, Kompally, Shamshabad and surrounding industrial belts.
Is the site visit chargeable?
No. Inspection, measurement and quotation are completely free with no obligation to proceed.
Do you bring your own manpower and vehicles?
Yes — trained crew, cutting and lifting equipment, loaders and our own transport come as part of the job.
Recycling & compliance
What happens to the material you collect?
Metals are segregated by grade and routed to authorised recyclers and smelters. Hazardous items such as batteries and e-waste go to licensed handlers.
Do you provide recycling documentation?
Yes. We can provide weighment records, invoices and disposal documentation for your internal audit and ESG reporting.
Is e-waste handled separately?
Yes. Electronic waste is collected, logged and passed to authorised e-waste recyclers rather than mixed into general metal scrap.
